Article 1 Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Customer personal information will be used for the purpose of responding to inquiries and will be properly managed by Atelier nuu (operating company: ARTPHERE Co., Ltd.) (hereinafter referred to as "the company").
We will not disclose or provide your personal information to any third party without your consent. (Excluding cases where disclosure is required by law or the like.)
Article 2 Voluntary Provision of Personal Information
The provision of personal information to us is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the items necessary for the purpose described in Article 1 of this Agreement, some services we provide may not be available.
Article 3 Management of Personal Information
Personal information entrusted to us will only be used for the purpose described in Article 1 of this Agreement and will be managed appropriately in accordance with the Company's Basic Policy on Personal Information Protection and Basic Policy on Information Protection (including other company regulations and related laws and regulations) to prevent leakage, loss, falsification, unauthorized use, and unauthorized access.
Article 4 Return of Personal Information
The company will not return any personal information it has received. We will delete, destroy and dispose of it at our own responsibility.
Article 5 Providing Personal Information to Third Parties
We will not provide personal information that we receive to any third party without your consent. However, this does not apply for any of the following circumstances.
1. When disclosure is required by law and when provision is made according to law
2. When the necessary matters are explicitly indicated or notified to the person in advance, and consent has been obtained
3. When it is necessary to protect the interests of the life, body, or property, or the like of a person (including a corporation), and it is difficult to obtain consent of that person
4. When personal information is provided in connection with a succession due to a merger or other legal reason, and the personal information is handled within the scope of the purpose of use prior to approval.
5. When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
6. When it is necessary to cooperate with each agency of the national or local government, or a person entrusted by it, to carry out the affairs stipulated by law, and there is a risk that obtaining the consent of the person may interfere with the execution of affairs.
7. In order to prevent accidents that may cause damage to the company (including any acts prohibited by the Unauthorized Access Prohibition Act), such as personal information leakage, hacking on the Internet, or other accidents that have occurred, or to obtain prompt remedy, in the event that the company determines that the person associated with that personal information is likely to have engaged in such fraudulent acts, it will be provided to an investigative body.
8. In the event that an accident to which the company is liable for damages occurs, and personal information is provided to an insurance company in order to be covered by the insurance to which the company has subscribed.
Article 6 Deposit of Personal Information
As a general rule, the company will not deposit any personal information. However, in the event that a deposit is necessary, the deposit will only be made within the scope of the services provided by the company to a corporation or individual that the company deems to have an equivalent or higher level of personal information protection system.
Article 7 Disclosure of Personal Information, Request for Deletion, and Other Inquiries Related to Personal Information
1. Regarding disclosure and deletion requests of personal information received by the company, contact the following contact desk.
2. Personal information registered by you on sites of other companies may be disclosed to the Company through those other companies. For inquiries or complaints in such cases, please contact the appropriate company to which you registered.
