・Application Validity Period
For prepayment, please make your payment within 5 business days after ordering.
If payment is not confirmed within 5 business days from the order, your order may be canceled.

If you choose prepayment, shipment will be made after payment confirmation.
We do not process order confirmations or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Bank transfer: Shipment will be made within 3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
[About returns and exchanges]
◆1. If the delivered product has a defect (stain, damage, etc.) or a different product than ordered was delivered
If a return is necessary due to reasons such as "the delivered product has a defect" or "a different product than ordered was delivered",
Please immediately contact us by email or phone with your name, address, phone number, and details of the defect. We will respond promptly.

・For products in stock, we will prepare products that you can use with confidence.
・For products not in stock, we apologize, but we will respond with a refund. Please understand.
◆2. In case of returns due to customer reasons
Our company accepts returns only for unused products within 5 business days after the product arrives at the customer's hands.
Please contact us first by email or phone. In this case, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please be aware of this in advance.
Please understand that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases.
・If the customer has used the product even once
・Products without accessories such as product tags, bags, or cosmetic boxes
・In case of damage or stains caused by the customer's fault
・If you contact us more than 5 business days after the product arrives
・If the product is returned without contacting our company
・If the return is sent with the invoice directly attached to the cosmetic box or the plastic wrapping of the product
・If, for any other reason, our company representative determines that the return cannot be accepted
◆3. About the refund method
The refund amount will be for the product only, excluding shipping and [代引手数料].
The payment will be transferred to the bank account specified by the customer.
After the product arrives and is confirmed at our company, the return process and refund procedure will be completed within 1 to 2 weeks.
In case of refunds due to customer reasons, the transfer fee will be deducted.
