Since the release of Magazine vol.1 that delved into the charm of Tondo leather, there have been many responses not only about the material but also about the newly updated backpack belt.
We struggled a lot when releasing Tondo leather this time.
A luxurious bag using expensive materials. A bag upgraded only in material grade.
Is that truly our mission to "enrich life"?
Besides the material, could we create a structure and specifications that customers would be pleased with?
Amid such concerns, we encountered a material called 'HUMOFIT® (Humofit)' from Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.

Characteristics of HUMOFIT® (Humofit)

'HUMOFIT® (Humofit)' has temperature dependency; it becomes softer and easier to deform when heated.
Additionally, it has shape memory, and when the force relaxes, it slowly returns to its original shape.
By utilizing this characteristic and installing it inside the belt, we wondered if it would be possible to create a belt that fits each person's shoulder according to the temperature generated when worn.
With that in mind, we proceeded with development.

Utilizing HUMOFIT® (Humofit)ZeRoG fit

Originally, Artphere's backpacks use a uniquely developed belt called 'ZeRoG'.
'ZeRoG' is a mechanism where three types of core materials with different hardness are arranged inside the belt, allowing the belt to widely fit around the entire shoulder and feel light.
The one born by incorporating 'HUMOFIT® (Humofit)' into this 'ZeRoG' is'ZeRoG fit'.

Human shoulder shapes vary greatly by age, gender, and physique.
When carrying a bag equipped with 'ZeRoG fit,' it fits the shape of the person's shoulders like a custom-made belt.
